Do You Allow Pets?

We welcome your furry friends!

Cats and dogs are both welcome with no more than 2 pets per apartment, each of which cannot weigh more than 60 pounds. These dog breeds are restricted: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shephards, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards. 

Pet Fee

There is a one time pet free of $187.50 ($100 for 2nd pet) and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. 

How Do I Apply and Fees?
  1. Click on this link: https://app.tenantturner.com/listings/fullcirclepropertymanagment
  2. In the search box on the left, type “N 56” and the available apartments at Meadowlark will appear. 
  3. On the right hand side, next to each apartment, you can schedule a tour or submit an application. 
  4. There is a requirement of an application fee of $40 and must be paid upon submitting the online application (This fee is paid online). This fee is NON-refundable. 
  5. All adults (over 18 years of age) must submit a separate application and pay an application fee. 
  6. Applications are taken on a first come, first serve basis. 
What Are The Rental Requirements?

Income requirements: The standard policy is that applicants have a gross monthly income of 3x the rental amount. 

Credit Score Requirement: 600 and above

Criminal History:  With the exception of DUI and other driving related offenses, gross misdemeanors within the past 3 years, felonies within the past 7 years, and violent felonies within the past 10 years are not accepted. 

Application Procedures

Application procedures may include but not limited to: income verification, credit checks, personal interviews with the applications, obtaining rental references, employer and bank references, criminal and civil court records and records of police and other law enforcement agencies.

Move in Fee
