We welcome your furry friends!
Cats and dogs are both welcome with no more than 2 pets per apartment, each of which cannot weigh more than 60 pounds. These dog breeds are restricted: Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shephards, Great Danes, Huskies, Mastiffs, Pitbulls, Rottweilers, and Saint Bernards.
Pet Fee
There is a one time pet free of $187.50 ($100 for 2nd pet) and a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet.

- On the right hand side, next to each apartment, you can schedule a tour or submit an application.
- There is a requirement of an application fee of $40 and must be paid upon submitting the online application (This fee is paid online). This fee is NON-refundable.
- All adults (over 18 years of age) must submit a separate application and pay an application fee.
- Applications are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
Income requirements: The standard policy is that applicants have a gross monthly income of 3x the rental amount.
Credit Score Requirement: 600 and above
Criminal History: With the exception of DUI and other driving related offenses, gross misdemeanors within the past 3 years, felonies within the past 7 years, and violent felonies within the past 10 years are not accepted.
Application procedures may include but not limited to: income verification, credit checks, personal interviews with the applications, obtaining rental references, employer and bank references, criminal and civil court records and records of police and other law enforcement agencies.
